We prefer to use our creativity and artistry in our sourcing and roast blending.  We have experimented with innumerable blends and percentages to create our proprietary line of coffees.   We pay a premium and buy direct from origin to ensure the best quality beans and to support farmers; so they will in turn take care of their crops.
